T. Walker is a creative multi-hyphenate, artist, educator, master curator and founder of The Alkaline Festival. He is the co-founder and President of S.O.U.L. Society NC, a non-profit organization he started 6 years ago with his brother that focuses on community building through four pillars of Support, Opportunity, Unity and Leadership. Recognizing the need to uplift and provide opportunities to other creatives, he built his own entity, Heavy Energy LLC. in 2020 and has since impacted the creative scene from North Carolina all the way to Portland, Oregon as a hip-hop artist and poet, facilitating workshops, art exhibitions and other specially curated events. T. Walker has toured the country as a hip-hop artist, poet and gallery curator and most recently completed a 16 city tour, promoting his latest project titled, “Night Vision”.

He utilizes his art to push forward necessary conversation and has been a guest lecturer, facilitator and panelist at Guilford College, Winston Salem State University, UNC-Greensboro, North Carolina A&T State University, Virginia Commonwealth University, Portland Central Library, The Artist Thrive Conference and the National Black Theatre Festival, just to name a few. Terence is a member of the highly acclaimed poetry team, W.O.R.D. Society (Writers Of Raw Distinction) and published his first book, Fire For Therapy in 2022. He has a deep passion for creating safe spaces through uniquely curated experiences for people to unite in community while being their most authentic selves.
